Why G/Sign vs. the alternatives
G/Sign
Recommended
  • Done from your phone, laptop, or tablet — no travel
  • Real-time session, certified PDF in minutes
  • Certified Missouri notary, RON-registered with SOS
  • 10-year session recording kept on file
  • KBA + biometric ID verification — stronger than in-person
  • Redo guarantee if we make an error
  • Full refund if institution rejects RON format
  • Available same day · responds within the hour
UPS Store / Shipping Centers
  • Drive there, wait, drive back — takes half your day
  • Hours limited to store hours; no evenings or weekends
  • Staff notary may be untrained on complex document types
  • No session recording, no digital audit trail
  • No guarantee — if they make a mistake, you start over
  • Typically $10–$15 per signature, but travel time adds real cost
Mobile / Traditional Notary
  • Scheduling required — often days out, not same-day
  • Travel fees on top of notary fee add up fast
  • Physical presence required — doesn't work remotely
  • No video record of the session
  • No refund or redo policy in most cases
  • Good for in-person-only document types; not otherwise

The G/Sign Guarantee

We stand behind
every seal.

Online notarization is new territory. We take the risk off your plate — with two distinct protections covering what could go wrong on our end and theirs.

Notary Error → Free Redo
We made a mistake?
We fix it. Free.
If your notarization is rejected because of an error on our part — a procedural defect, missing seal element, improper acknowledgment, or session compliance issue — we will redo your session at no charge. No questions, no runaround.
Applies to notary-side procedural errors only. Does not cover signer errors, incomplete documents submitted by the client, or institution-side policy rejections. Redo request must be made within 30 days of original session.
RON Rejection → Full Refund
Their institution won't accept it?
You pay nothing.
Some banks, lenders, and title companies still refuse remote online notarizations regardless of legal validity. If that happens to you, we'll refund your session fee in full — because that's their policy problem, not yours.
Applies when the receiving institution rejects the notarized document solely on the basis of RON format. Requires written rejection notice from the institution. Refund issued within 5 business days of verified rejection. Session fee only; does not cover third-party costs.
