2. TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at gsign.io and the remote online notarization services provided by Graef Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered as a foreign LLC in Missouri, operating under the registered DBA "G/Sign" (collectively with its other DBAs — G/Comply, G/Notary, and Graef Consulting — referred to herein as "G/Sign," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

2.1 Eligibility

To use our notarization services, you must:

•       Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

•       Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

•       Be located in a U.S. state that recognizes Remote Online Notarization (RON) or have a document eligible for remote notarization under applicable law.

•       Possess a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.

2.2 Permitted Use

You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

•       Submit false or fraudulent documents for notarization.

•       Impersonate another individual during a notarization session.

•       Use our services to facilitate any illegal activity.

•       Interfere with or disrupt our website or services.

•       Use automated means to access our website without express written permission.

2.3 Notarization Services

G/Sign provides Remote Online Notarization (RON) services performed by a commissioned notary public. Our notarizations are:

•       Performed via live two-way audio-visual communication over a secure platform.

•       Conducted in compliance with applicable state RON laws.

•       Legally binding in all U.S. states that have enacted RON legislation, and recognized in many others under interstate compact or comity principles.

G/Sign notaries are commissioned in the State of Missouri and authorized to perform RON in accordance with Missouri Revised Statutes Chapter 486 (Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts) and applicable regulations. Graef Group LLC, as the parent entity, maintains all necessary registrations and authorizations to conduct business in Missouri under its registered DBAs.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for ensuring that the receiving party, court, agency, or jurisdiction will accept a remotely notarized document. G/Sign does not guarantee acceptance by any specific third party or jurisdiction.

2.4 Identity Verification

All notarization sessions require identity verification via valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Providing false identification is a criminal offense and will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to law enforcement.

2.5 Fees and Payment

Fees for notarization services will be communicated prior to your session. Fees are non-refundable once a notarization session has been completed. If a session cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule at no additional charge.

2.6 Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. G/SIGN AND GRAEF GROUP LLC DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCEPTED BY ANY PARTICULAR THIRD PARTY OR JURISDICTION.

2.7 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAEF GROUP LLC AND ITS REGISTERED DBAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

2.8 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Graef Group LLC, its DBAs, members, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

2.9 Governing Law & Entity Structure

Graef Group LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming and registered as a foreign limited liability company in the State of Missouri. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

G/Sign, G/Comply, G/Notary, and Graef Consulting are registered trade names (DBAs) of Graef Group LLC and are not separate legal entities.

2.10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
